1. The service

ThumbFuel generates AI images ("thumbnails") from a photo you upload and text you provide. You receive a license to use the generated thumbnails for any lawful purpose, including commercial use on your channels and your clients' videos.

2. Credits & payments

Credits are prepaid and never expire. One credit = one generation (four image options) or one edit. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem. Because credits are digital goods delivered instantly, purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law; if a generation fails on our side, the credit is not consumed.

3. Acceptable use

You may only upload photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use. You may not use ThumbFuel to create misleading, defamatory, sexual, or otherwise unlawful content, or to impersonate real people without their consent. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. AI disclaimer

Generated images are produced by third-party AI models. They may contain imperfections. ThumbFuel does not guarantee any particular performance (views, clicks) resulting from thumbnails.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbFuel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
